How do we book a session?

Simply use the contact form at the bottom of this page to get in touch. To secure your session, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required, with the remainder due 14 days before your shoot.

How does it work?

1. Get in touch - We’ll discuss your ideas, choose the perfect location, and I’ll answer any questions.

2. The session – We’ll capture your memories in a relaxed, natural, and fun way. You’ll leave feeling happy and excited to see your images!

3. Gallery delivery – Within 2 weeks, your fully edited gallery will be ready to download, print, and share.

4. Enjoy your photos – Relive the moments and share them with family and friends.

Where do sessions take place?

Most of my sessions are within 10 miles of Telford / Shropshire, often in beautiful outdoor locations that provide the perfect natural light. I’m happy to travel further afield, beaches, mountains, or anywhere special, just get in touch for a bespoke quote. Indoor sessions are possible too; let’s discuss what works best for you.

I’ve never had a professional portrait session before. What should I expect?

No need to worry! I’ll guide you every step of the way. My approach is warm, relaxed, and fun, so you don’t need to know any poses, I’ll make sure you look and feel your absolute best.

How many images will we receive?

For a typical 60-minute session, you’ll receive around 50–60 fully edited, high-resolution images, delivered in a beautifully presented online gallery.

How and when will we receive our images?

Galleries are usually ready within 2 weeks. If you need your images by a specific date, just let me know when booking.

What should we wear?

Wear what makes you feel amazing!
A few tips:

Keep a consistent vibe across outfits, casual or dressed-up, whatever suits your style.

Colour coordination works better than exact matching.

Limit bold patterns and logos, these distract from your faces.

Consider your location and the weather for practical and aesthetic choices.

Accessorise! Hats, jewellery, or fun props can add personality and variety.

Can we bring our dog?

Absolutely, if they’re well-behaved and respond to commands. I understand they’re part of the family! Let me know in advance so we can pick a safe, suitable location. Pets are your responsibility throughout the session.

Do you have tips for sessions with young children?

Yes! To make it smooth:

Choose a time when they’re usually happy and alert.

Bring wet wipes and a snack for a mid-session boost.

Favourite toys can help get their attention.

Most importantly, relax! I’ll follow their pace and make it fun.

What if we get bad weather?

Don’t worry, I can work in all conditions! However, for heavy rain or strong winds, I may recommend rescheduling. Payments are fully transferable to a new date, and we’ll confirm any changes the day before (morning sessions) or the morning of (afternoon/evening sessions). Flexibility helps us make the most of your session.

Can we order prints?

Absolutely! All images are professionally optimised for printing. Your gallery is linked directly to a print shop, so you can easily order prints, canvases, frames, and albums to display your memories beautifully.
