A Calm, Joyful Wedding at The Hundred House – R & M

There are some weddings that stay with you long after the day is over… the kind where everything just feels right. R & M’s beautiful celebration at The Hundred House was exactly that 🤍


From the moment I arrived, there was this calm, joyful energy that gently carried through the entire day. No rush, no pressure, just two people completely present with each other, soaking it all in. And honestly, that’s when the magic happens.

Their day unfolded so naturally. A quiet excitement in the morning as final touches came together… soft laughter between friends… those deep breaths before walking down the aisle. Every part of it felt intentional but never forced, which is always such a dream to photograph.


R looked absolutely incredible, timeless, elegant, and effortlessly herself. And M… the way he looked at her all day said everything. Those little glances, the smiles they tried to hold back, the way they instinctively reached for each other’s hands, those are the moments I live for. The ones that can’t be staged.


One of my favourite parts of the day was slipping away with them for a little wander. Nothing overly posed, just the two of them walking, chatting, laughing… being them. Giving couples that space to breathe, to pause, to actually feel the moment, it’s so important, and it always results in the most honest, meaningful images.


And then came the celebrations… heartfelt speeches that had everyone laughing (and a few tears too), golden light spilling through the windows, and a dance floor that filled up in seconds. The atmosphere was warm, relaxed, and full of love, exactly what a wedding should be.


Looking back over these previews, I feel so incredibly lucky that this is what I get to call my work 🤍


Capturing a love story like this, keeping things calm and easy on the day while documenting all those little, precious in-between moments… it honestly means everything to me.
