A First-Time Venue for Me — and What a Gorgeous One It Was!
K & J’s wedding at Coton House Farm was one of those days that just flowed. Relaxed, joyful, and full of love from beginning to end. It was my first time photographing at this stunning venue, and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction.
The grounds at Coton House are absolutely beautiful, wide open spaces, soft rolling countryside, and perfectly kept gardens that give you that balance of rustic charm and modern style. But what really made this day special was the way K & J made it completely their own.
Every part of the day was carefully planned by the bride, from the little details to the overall flow, and you could feel how much love and thought had gone into it. It wasn’t about tradition or show, it was about the people they love most, all coming together to celebrate in a way that felt true to them.
The vibe? Effortlessly chilled. From morning prep to portraits, there was this lovely sense of calm and connection that ran through the whole day. Guests were relaxed, the couple were beaming, and the atmosphere was full of laughter and happy tears.
As a photographer, these are the kinds of weddings I live for, beautiful spaces, yes, but more importantly, a couple who are totally present with each other and their people. K & J, thank you for trusting me to capture your day. It was such a joy to be part of it, and I hope these images bring all those memories flooding back every time you look through them.
